The highly modular thermometer is suitable for many applications under harsh conditions, e.g. power plants, refineries, chemical or petrochemical industries. It is robust and designed for use in existing thermowells. Combined with various modular transmitters it forms a complete measuring system with higher measuring accuracy and reliability.

Application
TH55 is a thermocouple (TC) thermometer installed in a thermowell, with a robust structure suitable for various industrial processes including harsh conditions. It consists of a magnesium-oxide-insulated thermocouple measuring probe and a bar stock thermowell.
