1. debugging:
(1) Operating instructions:
The operation keys are described below:
CAL key: calibration, the calibration mode is activated, and the calibration menu is displayed.
+ Key: Number plus;-Key: Number minus; E key: Confirm key
REL1: Manually operate the relay key. The other key is the relay manual/automatic switching key.
REL2
(2) Probe inspection and calibration:
The probe is equipped with a membrane head filled with electrolyte and exposed to the air. Be careful not to expose the probe directly to sunlight. The suitable temperature should be 20 ℃ to 25 ℃, connect the secondary meter, press the CAL key, and the password is 22. Select air calibration and press E to confirm. At this time, the displayed value will drop from 600 to zero. If there is no fault code, the calibration is completed.
Altitude display values of 6.00 to 11.20mg/l or 85 to 157%SAT are normal.
Salinity display values of 9.20 to 9.30mg/l or 102%SAT is normal.
The figure below shows dissolved oxygen inair

(3) Range setting steps
A: main interface-press e --- code 0 --- press "+" until 22 --- press e --- setup1 --- press e --- unit (unit) --- press "+" or "-" --- select mg/l --- press e
B: main interface-press e --- code 0 --- press "+" until 22 --- press e --- press twice "-" --- output --- press e twice, select 4-20mA --- press e --- set 4mA corresponding value --- press e --- set 20mA corresponding value --- press e
2. installation and maintenance note:
The dissolved oxygen probe should be gently cleaned with water regularly every week. If the membrane head is damaged, it should be replaced in time, and the electrolyte should be replaced in time. And the probe cable should not be stressed.
dissolved oxygen has no problem in urban sewage, its composition must be clarified in industrial sewage, otherwise it is easy to damage the membrane head. H2S and ammonia as well as benzene and phenol are harmful to the membrane head, in which case the membrane head must be replaced frequently.
