1. Wiring

1.1 connection analog sensor

1) Sticker the corresponding wiring diagram provided randomly to the terminal. 2) The green, white and yellow temperature lines are connected to terminals 11,12 and 13 respectively. 3) Conductivity sensor measurement signal connection 83 (main line), 84 (attached line) terminal. Inductive sensor measurement signal red-blue (line color-line core color line to 83 terminals, red-red line to 16 terminals, white-blue line to 84 terminals, white-red line to 15 terminals. 4) Conductive sensor cable outer shield to "PE" terminal, inductive sensor cable outer shield to "S" terminal. 5) Marked "NC" and unmarked terminals are not connected. 6)220VAC power supply is connected to L1 and N terminals: 24VDC power supply is connected to + and-terminals.
7) The first current output (conductivity) is connected to terminals 31 and 32, and the second current output (temperature, optional) is connected to terminals 33 and 34. The current output is an active output.

2. Connecting Memosens digital sensors

1) Sticker the corresponding wiring diagram provided randomly to the terminal.

2) Brown, white, green and yellow cables are respectively connected to terminals 87,88,96 and 97
3) Marked "NC" and unmarked terminals are not connected. 4)220VAC power supply is connected to L1 and N terminals: 24VDC power supply is connected to + and-terminals.
5) The first current output (conductivity) is connected to terminals 31 and 32, and the second current output (temperature, optional) is connected to terminals 33 and 34. The current output is an active output.
Note: Ensure that all cable plugs are tightened and sealed.

3. Key function

4. Setup

4.1 the sensor settings to find the sensor factory calibration certificate. Press the "E" key and enter the password "22". In the "A5" menu under the "SETUP 1" menu, enter the electrode constant on the calibration certificate.

4.2 Range Settings

under the "Current Output" menu, set the corresponding range of 4-20mA. The current output channel is selected in 01, and OUT1 and OUT2 are selected when the instrument is output in two channels, and the next item is directly entered when the instrument is output in single channel. OUT1 serves as the current output for conductivity; OUT2 serves as the current output for temperature.

4.3 transmitter restore factory settings

the "S9" menu under the "Service" menu, select "Facty" to reset the transmitter.

5. Calibration

5.1 air calibration (Inductive sensors only) Remove the sensor from the media, clean and dry before calibration begins. Press the "CAL" key and enter the password "22". Complete the calibration under the Calibration menu. 1) Enter the "C1" menu and select the first option, namely air calibration. 2) Enter the "C111" menu and observe its measured value in the air. Press the "E" key to confirm and start calibration. 3) Enter the "C112" menu and check the air calibration value "C114" menu to select whether to save the calibration data or re-calibrate.

5.2 electrode constant calibration

press the "CAL" key and enter the password "22". Complete the calibration under the Calibration menu. 1) Enter the "C1" menu and select the second option, that is, the electrode constant calibration. 2) Enter the "C121" and "C122" menus, enter the reference temperature (factory default 25C) and temperature compensation coefficient (factory default 2.1/K)3) during calibration, enter the "C123" menu, enter the conductivity value of calibration liquid, press the "E" key to confirm and start calibration 4) Enter the "C124" menu, observe the calibrated electrode constant, and write down this value.
5) "C125" menu will show whether the calibration passed. 6) "C126" menu to choose whether to save the calibration data, or give up, re calibration.
