In order to prevent the measurement error caused by the deformation of the measuring pipe affected by external force, it is recommended to check and confirm whether the front and rear pipe centers of the flowmeter are aligned before installation (on the same horizontal line and without deviation in other directions); Whether the flanges welded on the front and rear pipes are aligned, and whether the flanges and flange holes are not offset; Good support is recommended for the front and rear pipes of the flowmeter to prevent the impact of pipe vibration on the measurement. In order to protect the pipeline, it is recommended to adopt appropriate bracket support when the sensor is too heavy.

2. When air bubbles are entrained in the measuring pipe, measurement errors will occur. The following installation positions should be avoided: avoid installing flow meters at the following pipe positions. The flow meters are installed at the highest point of the pipe, which will cause the air accumulation flow meters to be directly installed at the outlet of the downward vent pipe.

3. The ideal way to install the flowmeter is to install it on a vertical pipe, and the fluid flows through the flowmeter from the bottom up. When the flowmeter is installed on a downward pipeline (such as batch control) and the fluid flows from top to bottom, the correct installation method is shown in the figure: install a flow-limiting orifice plate with a size smaller than the nominal diameter of the pipeline in the flowmeter pipeline to prevent the measuring pipe from being evacuated:

system pressure: It is important to ensure that cavitation does not occur, because cavitation can affect the vibration of the measuring tube. No special measures are required to measure fluids with similar properties to water under normal conditions. When the liquid has a low boiling point (hydrocarbon, solvent, liquefied gas) or is on the suction pipe, the system should have a sufficiently high pressure. Make sure that the pressure is not lower than the vapor pressure, that is, the liquid will not boil. Ensure that the liquid does not vaporize. Therefore, when the system pressure is high enough, this kind of influence will be avoided. For this reason, the best installation position of the sensor is: downstream of the pump (to avoid vacuum), at the lowest point of the vertical pipe.

4. Confirm that the arrow direction on the sensor nameplate is consistent with the fluid flow direction (the direction of fluid flowing through the pipeline). Install vertically: It is recommended to make the fluid flow direction upward (View V) , which can make the entrained solid particles sink, and the gas rises through the measuring pipe. The fluid in the measuring pipe can be completely emptied to avoid solid deposition. Install horizontally: The measuring pipe must be installed horizontally. The correct installation is that the housing of the transmitter is vertical up or down (View H1/H2) , and the transmitter housing and the pipeline should not be on the same level.
