Use FMR52 for corrosion-resistant applications; for ordinary applications use FMR50, and for high temperature and high pressure use FMR51.
Micropilot FMR52 uses a flush horn antenna made entirely of PTFE, offering excellent corrosion resistance and is used for level measurement of strongly corrosive liquids. The FMR52 sensor has passed ASME BPE, USP Class VI, 3-A and EHEDG certifications and is also suitable for hygienically demanding measurement applications in the food and life sciences industries. Micropilot is used for continuous, non-contact level measurement of liquids, pastes and slurries. The measurement is unaffected by changes in the medium, temperature changes, gas phase or vapor.
