SEKO solenoid diaphragm pump
SEKO Compact series electromagnetic drive diaphragm pump
Compact series is an electromagnetic driven diaphragm pump with great cost performance created by SEKO based on the needs of customers in the market. It comes standard with PVDF pump head and pure PTFE diaphragm with a five-year warranty. Four models are available (AMS, AML,AMC,AMM), manual and automatic flow adjustment, analog signal input or digital pulse signal input, can meet the requirements of any installation conditions in the water treatment industry.
performance characteristics:
- flow range: 1-9 liters/hour, maximum pressure 10 bar
- contact end: PVDF (pump head), PTFE (diaphragm), EPDM/FPM (sealing ring) and ceramic (valve ball)
- Flow control mode: manual flow control or automatic flow control
simple selection, standard PVDF pump head
only 4 models are available, set electromagnetic metering pump almost all functions in one, and each model uses PVDF pump head.
Since the installation dimensions of the 4 types of pumps are almost the same, no matter which type of pump the customer chooses, it can bein the engineering design, the fixed point of the pump is planned in advance. Reduce inventory levels and reduce spare parts inventory pressure.
compatibility
PVDF pump head and ceramic ball valve as the standard configuration of the pump
PVDF pump heads are compatible with almost all chemicals used in industry, wastewater treatment and drinking water. The use of ceramic ball valves improves the reliability of dosing and the chemical compatibility of the entire contact end
reliable performance
After inspection, the service life of the diaphragm exceeds 5 years
The diaphragm is made of pure solid PTFE material, which is compatible with most chemicals. The service life of the diaphragm is more than 5 years
no longer need to regularly replace the diaphragm, reduces the workload of maintenance, with super compatibility.
administration
The pump can work stably in the voltage range of 100 to 240 volts
depending on the working environment, the coil uses the rated voltage to start the pump, thus saving electricity.
improves the efficiency of the pump because it is not affected by voltage fluctuations. Reduced inventory pressure.
program settings are intuitive and visible,Program Menu
program menu uses a functional display mode and is available in 5 different languages.
Intelligent display: Once a function is selected, the metering pump only displays the parameters that need to be set. This parameter is related to the set function,
reduces program setup time.

Case Studies
Municipal Wastewater Treatment · KOMPACT — Application Case
Project Overview
The site is the inlet, biological and outlet stages of a municipal plant. The customer wanted KOMPACT properly configured on the existing plant, with the aim of integrated dosing and measurement with the KOMPACT range.
Technical Challenges
What actually causes trouble is high solids and corrosive fractions, with large diurnal flow swings, and effluent parameters drift and probes foul with sludge and biofilm. All of this means the KOMPACT configuration has to involve configured as a system, including the online measurement part.
Configuration
Supply and installation were organised through the solenoid diaphragm series: selecting for solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing behaviour. On site this meant configured as a system, including the online measurement part, checked line by line against: stable compliance with Grade 1A discharge limits and online data reporting.
Performance
After commissioning the outcome is closed dosing-and-monitoring loop that shortens commissioning, and the readings are now used for process tuning.
Food & Beverage · KOMPACT — Application Case
Site Conditions
This is a Food & Beverage customer whose plant is at dosing, pasteurising, filling and CIP stages. The main task was integrated dosing and measurement with the KOMPACT range.
The Problem
The difficulty lies in syrups, dairy and beverages that scale easily, under strict hygienic requirements; at the same time frequent cleaning demands instruments that withstand hot CIP/SIP caustic cycles. Specification therefore means configured as a system, including the online measurement part.
What We Did
We took a solenoid diaphragm series approach — selecting for solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing behaviour. Delivery was built around configured as a system, including the online measurement part, with point-by-point checks on: food-safety and hygienic design per 3-A / EHEDG.
Operating Outcome
In service the system performs as intended — closed dosing-and-monitoring loop that shortens commissioning, with routine maintenance falling noticeably.
Chemical & Pharmaceutical · KOMPACT — Application Case
Application Context
reactors, metering vessels and finished-product tanks is a typical Chemical & Pharmaceutical duty. The project started from KOMPACT, focusing on integrated dosing and measurement with the KOMPACT range.
Process Constraints
corrosion plus Ex protection shortens instrument life and makes downtime costly, and highly corrosive media with solvents and crystallisation, partly in explosive atmospheres only amplify it. The KOMPACT specification must therefore cover configured as a system, including the online measurement part.
Delivery Approach
Delivery was handled as the solenoid diaphragm series — selecting for solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing behaviour. Execution centred on configured as a system, including the online measurement part, together with Ex certification and GMP traceability of records.
Field Results
Operation shows the benefit clearly — closed dosing-and-monitoring loop that shortens commissioning, with confidence in this measuring point improving markedly.
Power & Energy · KOMPACT — Application Case
Customer Profile
The typical setting in Power & Energy is boiler feedwater, turbine condensate and FGD/DeNOx systems. The measuring point is KOMPACT; the focus is integrated dosing and measurement with the KOMPACT range.
Key Difficulties
Conditions are high temperature and pressure with both steam and saline water and, on top of that, drift under high temperature and pressure, with very costly unplanned outages, which a standard configuration cannot handle for long. The design therefore starts with configured as a system, including the online measurement part.
Implementation
The scope ran through the solenoid diaphragm series: selecting for solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing behaviour. Technically it hinges on configured as a system, including the online measurement part, and on these requirements: compliance with power-industry codes and unit availability targets.
Customer Benefit
In practice this means closed dosing-and-monitoring loop that shortens commissioning, which cut the workload on the site maintenance team.
