COD-60A Permanganate Index Analyzer

The COD-60A permanganate index analyzer can be used for the determination of oxygen demand / permanganate index in drinking water, surface water, groundwater, seawater, industrial water, and other fields.
Instrument features:
1) The COD-60A permanganate index analyzer uses the accurate coulometric titration method. It responds sensitively and provides accurate data.
2) The digestion time of this permanganate index analyzer is adjustable within a range of approximately 10 to 800 seconds. The permanganate index measurement data can be obtained in about 5 to 10 minutes, making it convenient and quick.
3) Multiple ranges, direct reading of COD values: The range is set according to the dilution ratio, allowing direct reading of the COD value of the undiluted original solution without conversion.
4) Simple operation: The measurement unit is integrated, combining oxidation and titration processing steps. After setting the instrument, one-touch operation automatically completes the entire process from zero calibration, oxidation, and titration to data printing.
5) Convertible to standard method measured values: Calibration and coefficient adjustment can be performed using the standard method. By determining in advance the correlation between the laboratory standard analytical method and the COD-60A permanganate index analyzer, and inputting the linear regression equation, converted values for the standard analytical method can be obtained.
6) Automatic standard program control reduces operating errors: This permanganate index analyzer uses a proprietary system control to automatically perform steps such as oxidation state (heating/cooling) and titration. It automatically controls temperature and, based on coulometric titration, performs titration using self-cleaning electrodes. This reduces human errors between operators.
7) Various maintenance/inspection functions: The COD-60A permanganate index analyzer uses an electrode cleaning mode and a self-check titration mode, making maintenance and inspection work easy.
