The open aperture prevents fouling and ensures reliable simultaneous pH and ORP measurement. It resists moisture, enables lab calibration and offers extended storage of calibration and process data providing the perfect basis for predictive maintenance.

The Memosens CPS96E is the measurement specialist for fibrous media or media with a high concentration of suspended solids (e.g. dispersions, precipitants, emulsions). The open-junction diaphragm design with no risk of contamination ensures reliable pH and ORP measurement. The CPS96E uses Memosens 2.0 digital technology with high process integrity and very simple operation. The waterproof, moisture-proof design allows laboratory sensor calibration and supports extended data storage for calibration and process parameters. It is the perfect basis for predictive maintenance.

Memosens 2.0 supports an extended storage unit for calibration and process parameters, enabling better trend identification and providing the perfect basis for future predictive maintenance and improved IIoT services.

Simultaneous measurement of pH, ORP and rH values (in rH mode) provides rich process information and is a solid foundation for strict process control.

The additional platinum electrode continuously monitors the reference impedance, providing a reliable guarantee of electrode quality.

Filled with stable gel electrolyte and featuring a reference electrode with an ion trap, the electrode is robust and resistant to poisoning.

Measurement results are unaffected by pressure and temperature fluctuations: the open-junction diaphragm design effectively prevents adhesion to the lead.

Non-contact inductive signal transmission for high process safety.

Minimizes production downtime, extends electrode service life and reduces operating costs.
