Field of application
The online measuring device Teqwave MW 500 enhances sludge treatment in wastewater treatment plants through real-time total solids measurement using microwave transmission. This enables faster and more efficient process optimization and reduces laboratory measurements. Continuous data availability improves solid-liquid separation, increases operational safety and enables rapid response to process changes. Typical sludge treatment applications include clarification, digestion and dewatering.
The remote transmitter version Proline 500 enables maximum installation flexibility in challenging environments. It is equipped with a built-in web server and optional integrated WLAN, simplifying operation and providing additional process and device information.
