The Liquiline System CAT810 sample preparation unit with filtration function is used for continuous online monitoring of municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater and industrial processes. Its self-cleaning cross-flow filter unit prevents clogging, thus increasing process safety. Since the dead volume is minimized, it responds quickly to process changes, shortening the response time of downstream measuring equipment.

Benefits

  • Automatic backflush function for long maintenance intervals

  • Tool-free maintenance and easy filter unit replacement for cost savings

  • Controlled via the very user-friendly Liquiline platform, perfectly synchronized with the measuring point, and can also be operated via a time controller

  • Various installation options to best meet on-site applications

  • Small dead volume for short response times of downstream measuring equipment

Applications

  • The Liquiline System CAT810 is designed for:

  • Outlets of municipal or industrial wastewater treatment plants

  • Collection of water samples from pressurized pipes in industrial processes

Municipal Wastewater Treatment

Municipal Wastewater Treatment · EH-ONLINE — Application Case

Project Overview

The site is the inlet, biological and outlet stages of a municipal plant. The customer wanted EH-ONLINE properly configured on the existing plant, with the aim of continuous water monitoring on the E+H online platform.

Technical Challenges

What actually causes trouble is high solids and corrosive fractions, with large diurnal flow swings, and effluent parameters drift and probes foul with sludge and biofilm. All of this means the EH-ONLINE configuration has to involve configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors.

Configuration

Supply and installation were organised through the online water-analysis line: integrating around each online monitoring point. On site this meant configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors, checked line by line against: stable compliance with Grade 1A discharge limits and online data reporting.

Performance

After commissioning the outcome is data flows through the platform, improving service and diagnostics, and the readings are now used for process tuning.

Food & Beverage

Food & Beverage · EH-ONLINE — Application Case

Site Conditions

This is a Food & Beverage customer whose plant is at dosing, pasteurising, filling and CIP stages. The main task was continuous water monitoring on the E+H online platform.

The Problem

The difficulty lies in syrups, dairy and beverages that scale easily, under strict hygienic requirements; at the same time frequent cleaning demands instruments that withstand hot CIP/SIP caustic cycles. Specification therefore means configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors.

What We Did

We took a online water-analysis line approach — integrating around each online monitoring point. Delivery was built around configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors, with point-by-point checks on: food-safety and hygienic design per 3-A / EHEDG.

Operating Outcome

In service the system performs as intended — data flows through the platform, improving service and diagnostics, with routine maintenance falling noticeably.

Chemical & Pharmaceutical

Chemical & Pharmaceutical · EH-ONLINE — Application Case

Application Context

reactors, metering vessels and finished-product tanks is a typical Chemical & Pharmaceutical duty. The project started from EH-ONLINE, focusing on continuous water monitoring on the E+H online platform.

Process Constraints

corrosion plus Ex protection shortens instrument life and makes downtime costly, and highly corrosive media with solvents and crystallisation, partly in explosive atmospheres only amplify it. The EH-ONLINE specification must therefore cover configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors.

Delivery Approach

Delivery was handled as the online water-analysis line — integrating around each online monitoring point. Execution centred on configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors, together with Ex certification and GMP traceability of records.

Field Results

Operation shows the benefit clearly — data flows through the platform, improving service and diagnostics, with confidence in this measuring point improving markedly.

Power & Energy

Power & Energy · EH-ONLINE — Application Case

Customer Profile

The typical setting in Power & Energy is boiler feedwater, turbine condensate and FGD/DeNOx systems. The measuring point is EH-ONLINE; the focus is continuous water monitoring on the E+H online platform.

Key Difficulties

Conditions are high temperature and pressure with both steam and saline water and, on top of that, drift under high temperature and pressure, with very costly unplanned outages, which a standard configuration cannot handle for long. The design therefore starts with configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors.

Implementation

The scope ran through the online water-analysis line: integrating around each online monitoring point. Technically it hinges on configured under one numbering scheme across platform protocols and sensors, and on these requirements: compliance with power-industry codes and unit availability targets.

Customer Benefit

In practice this means data flows through the platform, improving service and diagnostics, which cut the workload on the site maintenance team.
