CCS240 analog sensor is used for the standard measurement of chlorine dioxide. Reliable measurements are transmitted even when flow or conductivity fluctuations occur, control the disinfection circuit and ensure that the water is free of bacteria. At the same time, sensor calibration and maintenance intervals are long, reducing maintenance costs.
advantage
Recalibration interval under constant operating conditions is about 1-4 months
preset cover cap for easy replacement of cover
measured values are not affected by fluctuations in the conductivity of the medium
When the flow rate is greater than 30 l/h, the measurement is independent of the flow rate
zero calibration is not required. There is also no need to install complex activated carbon filters like open chlorine dioxide sensors
Application areas
CCS240 measures chlorine dioxide and can be used in the following situations:
drinking water
-Monitoring, control and optimization of disinfection processes
Industrial Process Water
-Process applications such as: bottle washing machines
Utilities
-all disinfection process measuring points
