FDR56 微波限位栅接收器

FDR56  微波限位栅接收器

Soliwave FDR56

The Soliwave FDR56 microwave barrier uses a contact-free procedure for detection of point levels. It can be installed in containers, conduits, shafts or on free fall shafts. It is possible to take a measurement through non-metallic container materials from the outside. Suitable as point level switch for controlling and counting all types of bulk solids. It interacts with the Soliwave FQR56 emitter.

The Soliwave FDR56 microwave limit switch receiver is suitable for non-contact limit detection. It can be installed in vessels, ducts, screw conveyors or free-fall chutes, or outside non-metallic vessels for measurement, control and counting of various types of granular solids. It can be used together with the Soliwave FQR56 transmitter.

Advantages

Flush, non-contact installation

Easy installation using R 1-1/2- or 1-1/2 NPT thread

The electronics housing can be rotated 360° to set the device to the optimum position after installation.

Robust mechanical design:

- no wear;

- ceramic sensor diaphragm for the wetted part (optional);

- long service life;

- maintenance-free.

Signal strength can be displayed on the receiver.

Direct power supply connection (transmitter and receiver can be used separately or together)

Complies with ATEX 1/2GD and IECEx standards.

Application areas

The Soliwave microwave limit switch is suitable for non-contact limit detection. It can be installed in vessels, ducts, screw conveyors or free-fall chutes, or outside non-metallic vessels, for measuring, controlling and counting various types of granular solids or bagged or boxed packages. Typically measured granular solids include: wood chips, wood dust and flour, gypsum, cement and lime, paper and cardboard, gravel and sand, and common dry powders.
