The OUSAF22 is an optical sensor for color measurement in the visible region of the electromagnetic spectrum. It measures the smallest color changes, ensuring maximum product quality. In addition, it quickly provides measured values in all standard color units, avoiding complex and expensive sampling. The OUSAF22 works in a wide range of environments, from hazardous areas (ATEX, FM) to hygienic processes (CIP/SIP).
Benefits
Precise color and purity monitoring for better product quality
Fast, direct online measurement, avoiding expensive sampling and laboratory measurement
Values in standard color units (APHA/Hazen etc.)
Low sensor maintenance, long service life and stable operation
Superior filter performance with the highest linearity
Resistant to CIP and SIP cleaning
Explosion-protection approval for use in hazardous areas
Applications
The OUSAF22 color sensor is used for:
Quality control / purity monitoring
Colorant dosing
Decolorization control
Distillation monitoring
Suitable for all industries, such as:
Life sciences
Chemical
Food & beverage
Oil & gas
Water
Color measurement: APHA/Hazen, Pt, EBC, ASBC, ASTM, ICUMSA, Lovibond
