The Cleanfit CPA474 retractable assembly is designed for applications requiring safe process isolation and for media that can corrode or contaminate stainless steel. It offers maximum operating convenience: sensors can be replaced, and the assembly even serviced, while the process is running. Optional electric or pneumatic control systems ensure automatic cleaning and calibration even under demanding process conditions.
Benefits
With stainless steel ball valve for safe and reliable process isolation even under harsh process conditions
Suitable for corrosive media: wetted parts made of high-performance polymers (PP, PVDF, PEEK)
Electrode cleaning and calibration without process interruption - saves maintenance time and costs
Automatic cleaning function extends the service life of the electrode
Various materials and process connections available for greater application flexibility
Application areas
The Cleanfit CPA474 is used for measurement in tanks and pipes:
Chemical industry
Wastewater / industrial water
Power plants
Waste incineration plants
For pressures up to 10 bar (stainless steel cylindrical tanks) or 6 bar (PA cylindrical tanks).
