GLI差分ORP/pH传感器采用差分技术,三电极取代传统双电极,内置前置放大器,准确可靠。该ORP/pH值传感器可选择Ryton或PEEK耐腐蚀材质,以应对强碱性环境或降低热曲变,并可以更换盐桥延长ORP/pH值传感器寿命。

操作原理

GLI差分ORP/pH传感器基于差分电极测量技术,使用三个测量电极取代传统pH 传感器中的双电极。测量电极和标准电极测得的pH值相对于第三个溶液背景电极的差分值。同时利用前置放大器来放大每个电极的输出,电流信号转化为水样的pH值,即是pH值传感器的测量结果。

应用行业

GLI差分ORP/pH传感器适用于石油、制药、造纸等工业过程监测;测量、显示和传输水处理过程中的pH值和温度。

特性和优点

● GLI差分 ORP/pH传感器采用差分技术,三电极取代传统pH传感器的双电极,减少漂移和误差,结果准确可靠。

● 内置的前置放大器,抗干扰能力强,pH传感器输出信号高保真。

● GLI差分 ORP/pH传感器可选择Ryton或PEEK材质测量特殊水样。Ryton材质pH传感器与强碱性物质有良好的兼容性,降低维护与停机时间。PEEK材质pH传感器,降低热曲变。

● 内置可现场更换的盐桥,延长GLI差分ORP/pH传感器寿命。

● pH值传感器适配哈希sc200或sc1000通用控制器,即插即用,多种安装方式可供选择。

注:    

  A.当采用浸入式安装一个可变式传感器时,推荐定购可选的保护套,其材料要求与传感器相同这个保护套是与传感器通过螺纹相连接的。

   B.耐 HF 的玻璃电极的 pH 传感器是通过   PFE(全氟人造橡胶)内部 O 形圈来实现的。C.要对含有锌、氰、镉或者镍的溶液中得到最好的 ORP   测定结果,请指明选用金电极。
