工作原理
在SOLITAX™ sc 在线悬浮物监测仪的测量探头内部,位于 45°角有一个内置的 LED 光源,可以向样品发射880nm的近红外光,该光束经过样品中悬浮颗粒的散射后,形成与入射光成 90°角的散射光,由该方向的检测器检测,并经过计算,从而得到样品的浊度。当测量污泥浓度时,形成与入射光成 140°角的散射光,并由该方向的后检测器检测,然后悬浮物检测仪通过计算前、后检测器检测到的信号强度,从而给出污泥浓度值。
由于LED发出的是880nm的近红外光,所以样品固有的颜色不会影响悬浮物检测仪的测量结果。
典型应用
SOLITAX™ sc 在线悬浮物监测仪可用于污水处理厂中测量污泥浓度,评价活性污泥质量或整个生物处理过程;自来水厂中滤池反冲洗水浊度测量、原水及沉淀池出水浊度测量;工业生产过程 / 循环冷却水的水质情况监测。
