The Memosens COS81E digital optical dissolved oxygen sensor is the ideal choice for hygienic applications. The sensor effectively prevents light source aging, delivers stable, high-precision measured values and ensures high product quality. The COS81E is explosion-proof approved and can measure in dust explosion hazardous areas, making it particularly suitable for inert-gas blanketing anti-oxidation processes. Using Memosens 2.0 digital technology, the COS81E supports extended data storage and is the perfect basis for preventive maintenance and efficient measurement.

Advantages
The Memosens COS81E is designed in accordance with EHEDG and ASME BPE. It eliminates the risk of cross-contamination and fully complies with USP Cl. VI, FDA approval, GMP and GLP requirements.
Long uptime: the sensor can be precalibrated in the laboratory, is plug-and-play and can be replaced quickly online. No polarization time required, ready for use immediately after installation.
Reliable measuring results: a built-in reference LED compensates for aging of the measuring LED. Measured values remain accurate even after CIP/SIP and autoclaving.
Low maintenance: the electrolyte or sensitive sensor membrane of the Memosens COS81E is very easy to replace. Simply replace the sensor cap and then calibrate the sensor.
The sensor can be installed in process and fermenter applications. Results remain stable and consistent from initial laboratory trials through to batch production and laboratory applications.
The sensor is explosion-proof approved and can measure in dust explosion hazardous areas, making it particularly suitable for inert-gas blanketing anti-oxidation processes.
Supports IIoT: Memosens 2.0 supports extended data storage, saving calibration and process parameters for better trend identification, and is the perfect basis for preventive maintenance and advancing IIoT technology
