FQG63 Gamma射线仪表源盒

FQG63 Gamma射线仪表源盒

Source container FQG63

The FQG63 source container is designed to hold the radioactive source during radiometric level, density and interface measurement. The radiation is damped in all directions as long as the source container is switched off. This guarantees highest safety for the personnel and a reliable measurement. If the source is switched on and lowered down into the process tank, it emits the radiation into all directions.

The FQG63 source container holds a radioactive source and is used for radiometric level, density and interface measurement. When the source container is closed, radiation is shielded in all directions, ensuring maximum personal safety and reliable measurement. When the source container is open and placed inside the process vessel, radiation is emitted in all directions.

Advantages
Nearly spherical design; the lightweight source container provides optimum shielding
Meets the highest safety class (DIN 25426/ISO 2919, typical classification C66646)
Flexible installation length, up to 30 m (98 ft)
Manual operation
Switch position secured by padlock or safety bolt
Easy identification of switch status
Integrated source container for simple installation, with adapter and centering flange for existing vessel flanges

Application
The FQG63 source container is used to house the radioactive source during radiometric limit detection and level, density and interface measurement. In the closed position the source is held in the container and the radiation path is closed. In the open position the source with its movable extension rod is placed in the protective pipe of the process vessel.
