The straight single-tube design of the Promass I 100, provides the regular Coriolis flowmeter outputs of mass flow, density and temperature, additionally it provides in-line viscosity measurement as an optional output. Combined with the smallest transmitter housing available today it delivers full performance on the smallest footprint. Promass I 100 will be the preferred choice for system integrators, skid builders and equipment manufacturers.

In addition to measuring mass flow, density and temperature like a conventional Coriolis mass flowmeter, the Promass I 100 flowmeter with a single straight tube design also measures viscosity online. Used together with the smallest transmitter available, the Promass I 100 flowmeter can measure the smallest flows and is the first choice of system integrators, skid manufacturers and other equipment manufacturers.

Benefits
Energy-saving - full-bore design minimizes pressure loss
Fewer process measuring points - multivariable measurement (flow rate, density, temperature)
Space-saving installation - no inlet/outlet straight runs required
Ultra-compact transmitter - can measure the smallest flows
Time-saving on-site operation without additional software and hardware - integrated web server
Comprehensive verification - Heartbeat Technology

Applications
The Coriolis measuring principle is unaffected by the physical properties of the fluid itself (e.g. viscosity and density).
Suitable for measuring liquids and gases where low pressure loss and low-flow conditions are required.

Device features
Easy-to-clean single straight tube system
TMB® technology
Measuring tube made of titanium alloy
Robust ultra-compact transmitter housing
High degree of protection: IP69K
With on-site display
