工作原理:
Phosphax Sigma总磷/正磷酸盐分析仪基于钼蓝法,聚磷酸盐和含磷化合物在高温、高压的酸性条件下水解,生成正磷酸根,过硫酸钠进一步把其他稳定的含磷化合物氧化为正磷酸根。正磷酸根离子在含钼酸盐的强酸溶液中,生成的锑化合物被抗坏血酸还原为蓝色的磷钼酸盐。总磷/正磷酸盐分析仪测量磷钼酸盐的吸光度,从而完成样品中总磷的测定。
含有悬浮物的水样在进入总磷/正磷酸盐分析仪前,需要经过SIGMATAXTM 2 样品预处理系统处理,系统采用全新的真空负压样品采集与传输和先进的超声波粉碎技术,将悬浮物全部粉碎并导入总磷/正磷酸盐分析仪测量,从而准确分析水样中全部的磷。
